Rebecca Hannon

Executive Team & Kindergarten Teacher

As the founder and president of WNY Strong Foundation, Rebecca takes great pride to be able to participate in the daily rhythms of Strong Academy, especially while her own children are students in the preschool and makers clubs. She carries with her a heart for discipling the next generations so that they will know “just how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ” for them. Her background in Elementary education and years in non profit leadership gives her an edge in pulling together the best staff and curriculum to create a truly exceptional atmosphere that kids will love to be in and where they will grow into all that they were created to be.

As the parent of two Strong students and a new baby, she is deeply connected to the community and helps ensure everything runs smoothly both behind the scenes and on the front lines. From assisting in classrooms to supporting administrative needs, Caroline brings organization and clarity to a fast-paced environment. Her creative eye shapes graphics and marketing efforts that reflect the spirit and mission of Strong, while her flexibility as a floating support staff member allows her to step in wherever she’s needed most.

Sarah Khoury

2’s & 3’s Teacher

Sarah looks forward to training up your little ones for success in academia, but also in their own relationship with Christ. She is married with three little blessings (and another on the way). When she’s not shepherding her own little ones she can either be found maintaining her growing garden or reading a new nonfiction book. Sarah has over 7 years experience at the collegiate level in a broad array of Natural to Human Sciences. She decided to follow Gods plan for her life and answer the calling of teaching her own children through homeschooling. Sarah is overjoyed to continue this journey not only with her own family, but now yours as well.
