Your meal(s) of choice along with a special event treat package will be delivered within your preferred time window.

Participation Cost

$35: First individual meal and special event package

$30: Each additional individual meal and special event package

$165: Family style meal (serves 10-15) and special event package

$15: Special event package only

Processing Payment

Once this registration form has been submitted and your order is processed, you will receive an email with the invoice for the total amount owed. You will be able to make payment online or via check.
