How is Strong Academy funded?

Strong Academy is 100% funded through donations. In an effort to remove as many barriers as possible to a Christ centered education, we do not charge tuition. Instead, we openly share the true costs associated with running our programs and encourage individuals and corporations to support our work by making a tax deductible financial contribution. One time donations are accepted. However, we ask those who are able to set up automatic monthly donations to do so. The consistency of this type of giving helps us to create a working budget so that we can continue to effectivly serve the families in our school community. This also helps us to project the growth of our organization more accurately.

How do I decide how much to donate?

The amount you choose to donate is entirely up to you. For one full day of child care (6 hours) the cost per child is $35. This takes into account all of our current expenses: classroom rentals, teachers and staff, insurances, and miscellaneous expenses. You may choose to donate an amount that meets this cost according to your child’s attendance. You may also choose to contribute more or less than this. A students acceptance to our school community will never be based on their families donation amount.

How can I make a donation?

Donations can be made via cash, or check made out to: His Dwelling Place. Our preferred method is setting up a recurring payment through your bank or on our website using the “Donate” link. When using the “Donate” link, you can use the comment section to denote how often this donation should be made (one time or monthly) and which day of each month you would like for the payment to be taken out of your bank account (ei: 1st Friday; 3rd Thursday etc.)

Strong Academy is a ministry of His Dwelling Place Church, a 501c3 ministry. Donations to Strong Academy are tax deductible.
